What is Testweb?

Testweb is property management software built by Axiom Technology. It brings owner companies, their properties and their tenants into one platform, with each company working in its own secure workspace.

How does our company get started?

Submit a company application from the sign-up page. Our team reviews it, and once it is approved your company workspace and company admin account are created for you.

Can we choose which modules we use?

Yes. Modules are switched on or off per service package, so your team only sees the tools it actually needs. You can change package at any time.

How does billing work?

Each package has a monthly price. Pick a longer billing cycle and the monthly price is multiplied by the number of months, with a discount of up to 20% on annual billing.

Who can see our tenant and property data?

Only people you give access to. Access is role based: company admins see their own company and nothing else, and every user account is listed in a directory you can review.

Do you help with setup and training?

Yes. Every customer gets help with setup, and Enterprise customers have a dedicated onboarding manager. Our support team is reachable through the contact form or by email.
